Millennium Care is trusted as a foremost provider, due to our extensive experience and specialized knowledge in managing behavioral issues associated with developmental disabilities. Our deep understanding of the crisis cycle enables us to anticipate and effectively manage challenging situations, ensuring stability and safety for those we serve. We integrate principles from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to address both immediate and long-term goals, beginning with fundamental needs like safety and security, and progressing towards higher levels of self-esteem and self-actualization. This method ensures that our support not only stabilizes and nurtures individuals but also empowers them to achieve their fullest potential. Our expertise in handling behavioral issues is complemented by our commitment to a person-centered approach, ensuring that each individual’s unique needs are met with tailored, compassionate support. By combining our expertise with a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of each person, we provide unparalleled care that fosters growth, well-being, and personal fulfillment.
Our highly trained direct support professionals (DSPs) offer comprehensive services so that people with disabilities can find meaningful employment, and have access to housing, vocational training, education, and recreation. We also provide transportation, medical care, and tailored, evidence-based, enhanced behavioral support.
Our DSPs include certified medication technicians and registered behavior technicians. They have been certified with the Mandt System (MANDT), a holistic crisis prevention model, which fosters healthier relationships and work environments.
